Due to the personalized nature of our staging and interior design process, pricing varies based on several interrelated factors. We look at a list of variables that impact the cost of the project and the labor required to execute up to our standards. There’s no “one size fits all” price, so the best way to get an accurate idea of pricing is to inquire for a custom quote. 

Our priority is to make it so our clients pay for everything they need and not a penny for what they don’t.

Home Staging

When it comes to home staging, the size of your property, location, the number of rooms being staged, and the level of customization required are all taken into consideration in order to reach the right number. Take a look at the range below or reach out to us with specifics to get a personalized quote. 

Price range 

  • Owner-occupied: $650-2,000*

  • Vacant: $1600-$10,000*

  • + $450/mo fee to keep inventory after initial 60 day contract

* This number varies based on square footage, how much inventory we need to bring in, and more.

Vacation Rental Design

Your target market, condition of the property, and location are some of the variables that contribute to our pricing. Everything from the quality of materials needed to the finishing touches will factor into your final price, so the more details you can provide upfront, the more accurate your quote will be.  

Price range

  • Designer fee: $10,000-$20,000

  • Furnishings: $25,000-$80,000*

* Furnishings cover all essentials and third-party services needed, such as murals, wallpaper installation, painting, furniture builders, and so on.

Interior Design/Styling

The scope and scale (such as square footage and number of rooms), design preferences, aesthetic goals, and functionality of the space are some of the primary factors that influence our pricing. The best way to get a true assessment of your potential cost is to inquire about a custom quote. 

Price range

  • Designer fee: $10,000-$75,000

  • Furnishings/Renovation: $20,000-1,000,000+
