Home Staging
We stage the space so buyers feel at home from the first glance. We work with a simple, straightforward process that facilitates a smooth sale without sacrificing thoughtfully curated design choices.
Our Process

We’ll have an initial chat to discuss the property and a timeline.

We’ll get acquainted with the space and go over what rooms will be staged, the layout and style of home, demographics of the area and any changes we feel will help the property sell faster.

At this point, we’ll provide a detailed quote for staging and any professional recommendations for the property regarding repairs or improvements.

We arrive with all the materials and furniture chosen for the property and set the house up to perfection. We place everything strategically throughout the home to highlight its strengths and minimize any potential weaknesses.

Once the house is in the final stages of closing or the staging contract period ends, we’ll go through and remove all staging items— leaving the house empty and ready for the new buyers.

Our Process

We’ll jump on a call to discuss your goals for the space, the target audience you want to attract, design vision, budget and your ideal timeline. We’ll create a quote proposal tailored to your specific property.

We conduct research of top-producing properties in the area and read their reviews to help us target the appropriate audience while also reviewing the design opportunities we should incorporate.

We’ll meet as a team and create a narrative for the property. At this point, we’ll begin making selections such as colors, materials, furniture, and overall aesthetic based on the layout and functionality of the property.

We start the ordering process and manage the 3rd party vendors to help accomplish things that need to be done at the property before final install happens.

For final install days, our focus is on styling, hanging art work, making sure all the furniture is in the correct place to make sure the property is photo-ready.

On photo day, we lightly style the property with little extras that make the property stand out and attract potential renters.
OUR CONTINUED CARE
Post-project support
We check in on your ROI about a year later to ask for notable suggestions from guest experience if necessary, quality of pieces and to provide any additional support.

Our Process

We’ll create a quote proposal tailored to your specific property. We base all quotes on location, square footage, how many design boards are required, what services are needed for the design process, 3rd party vendor coordination, revisions, and final install.

We meet at the site, get detailed measurements, and coordinate with 3rd party vendors if necessary. We’ll also discuss timelines and come up with a schedule that suits your goals.

We start developing our concept and story for this project. We create mood boards, select products, color palettes, and materials. We’ll present a first look to give you an idea of the direction we’re moving in before we start to make concrete selections.

Once everything is finalized, we start coordinating with external vendors and start the ordering process. We oversee the installation to ensure that everything aligns with the design vision and meets quality standards.

The best phase! We walk you through the space to ensure everything meets your expectations, address any concerns, tweaks, or modifications. We ensure all elements are functional and well-placed, and make any necessary adjustments.
OUR CONTINUED CARE
Post-project support
We’ll check in a few months after to see if everything is functioning properly and up to your standards. We also provide any ongoing support if needed (maintenance advice, sourcing additional accessories, or helping with any adjustments).
Paint Consultations
Have you ever looked at a paint color and then put it on your wall and hated it? Paint colors have a deceptive nature due to a variety of factors. It takes a trained eye to be able to match them properly. This is where we come in!
Aro Chic offers paint color consulting to help alleviate the stress and make sure you select the correct paint color for your space while avoiding costly mistakes and repainting.
